Sacha Licine - Rosé

Our first tasting is the Sacha Licine Rosé from the winemakers of Whispering Angel which has a very dry crisp french style. Sacha Licine has worked in every aspect of the wine industry
from production to final sale. He had a vision for producing higher quality rosé wines and
wanted to uplift them from just being a wine to refresh.
This passion resulted in building a world class brand, Whispering Angel and constructing one of the
“must have“ rosé wines for upscale bars.

Sidewood - Pinot Blanc

Your second tasting is the Sidewood Pinot Blanc from the Adelaide Hills.
This wine delivers a different taste than most. It’s made from the same grape variety as a
Sauvignon Blanc but much drier and has a very crisp apple finish.

Geoff Merrill - Cabernet Sauvignon

Your final tasting is a beautiful full bodied Geoff Merrill Cabernet Sauvignon from Margaret River.
This cabernet has a deep red colour with purple hues indicating the freshness and quality that
comes with every sip .
