Animal Tips! 🐮🐑🐔

You’re going to meet lots of farmyard friends on your adventure—so why not test your knowledge and learn the best way to say hello and offer them a treat?

Here are our top feeding tips:

🧼 Clean Hands – Always wash your hands before and after feeding to keep everyone safe and healthy.
Flat Palm – Offer food on a flat hand to avoid any accidental nibbles.
📏 Respect Their Space – Give animals some room while they eat—it helps them feel calm and comfortable.
🤫 Stay Calm – Approach quietly and gently so you don’t startle your new furry or feathered friend.

Then it’s game time! 🎧🐾

Which animals do you hope to see?
Play Guess the Animal! Watch the video with sound and see if you can figure out which animal is making each noise.

Do you think you’ll see that animal on your adventure day?

Create a farm-inspired playlist

Begin your adventure by creating a Spotify playlist together. Each family member can add up to 5 animal-themed songs they love, from classics like "Old MacDonald Had a Farm" to favourites from the "Sing" soundtrack. Once your paw-some playlist is set, pop it on in the car and enjoy the tunes as you embark on your adventure!

Or skip the song hunt and just play this ready-made animal song playlist and let the fun begin.

Animal game to play during the day

Here is a fun game to play, while you’re out and about on your Adventure Day! Take turns where one player will think of an animal without revealing it to the others. The remaining players take turns asking yes-or-no questions to figure out the animal. For example, they might ask, "Does it live in the water?" or "Is it a mammal?" The player who thought of the animal can only answer "yes" or "no." The game continues until someone correctly guesses the animal or the players reach 20 questions. The first person to guess correctly gets to think of the next animal.
